How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Kale Chips
To make my Crispy Air Fryer Kale Chips, make sure to remove the stems and rip the kale into pieces. This is a great step for the kids to help out with. Wash and dry the kale with a paper towel, that way all the olive oil can adhere to each piece of leaf. Add the oil and all the seasonings and mix around, and add to the air fryer for 7 minutes. As simple as it sounds, I also appreciate the simplicity of the seasonings. The parmesan cheese really adds to the flavor!
The great thing about my Crispy Air Fryer Kale Chips is that they are a great way to get some essential nutrients because it is one of the most nutrient-dense foods. Like many vegetables, kale is a great source of fiber to help your digestive system. It is loaded with antioxidants and is high in beta carotene, which can turn to Vitamin A and help with healthy eyes. On top of all that, you’re getting a good dose of Vitamin C for immunity, and also Vitamin K which is essential for blood clotting. That is only a short list of what kale can do for your body, and you can get that all from snacking on these healthy chips!
