Spicy Chimichurri Steak

Spicy Chimichurri Steak

I actually already have a spicy chimichurri steak recipe on the blog, but I wanted to add this new and improved one. My Spicy Chimichurri Steak is simple and takes less than 30 minutes to make. It has fresh taste because I have tons of parsley and cilantro. I recently visited my cousin in LA and she had me try her homemade sauce, it was so amazing and different from mine that I had to steal the recipe. I of course made it my own by adding a little kick to it with the Jalapeño, but everything else was her recipe. I seasoned the steak very simple because the sauce is so full of flavor. My spicy chimichurri steak is great for a weekend bbq, but it you can use the sauce for more than just steak. You can use the chimichurri sauce to a salad, to tacos instead of salsa or even just dip other meat with it like chicken. I served my steak with a light salad and a side of tortillas.
