Simple Steak Asparagus Stir Fry
- 8oz Sirloin steak, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chopped asparagus
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of agave
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- Marinade steak slices with garlic, soy sauce and agave.
- Place asparagus in bowl with ¼ cup water and microwave 1-½ minutes.
- Add olive oil to non-stick pan and cook steak.
- When steak is fully cooked toss in asparagus and vinegar.
