Overnight Steak Marinade

Overnight Steak Marinade
 
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce, juice of half a lime, 1 tbsp. olive oil, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 garlic clove, and ¼ onion and 1 tsp. black pepper.
  2. Place 12-14oz sirloin steak in large freezer bag and pour marinade inside.
  3. Allow sitting in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
