Ginger Steak

Ginger Steak
 
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces of Thinly Cut Sirloin Steak, extra lean
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut steak in half making 2 even servings.
  2. Add into bowl with all ingredients and mix.
  3. Cover and let marinate 1½ hour in refrigerator.
  4. Spray Pam Olive Oil onto George Foreman Grill and cook on medium high heat about 1½ - 2 minutes.
