Seems like anything whipped is taking over the internet and this trend all started with Dalgona Coffee aka Whipped Coffee. Now it has moved on to Whipped Strawberry Milk which I quickly hopped on the band wagon for because my daughter loves strawberries. Whipped Strawberry Milk is actually quite simple and a lot easier that whipped coffee. All you need is strawberry powder and whipping cream. I used Nesquick strawberry powder to make my Whipped Strawberry Milk because it’s all I had available, but to make this a little more healthy and natural you can substitute with strawberry freeze-dried powder. Keep in mind that Nesquick did the trick and is a lot easier to find than strawberry freeze-dried powder. Stores like Walmart, Wholefoods and Trader Joes might have it, but you’re best bet is ordering directly on Amazon. Strawberry freez-dried powder is also great for baking and smoothies.
I used a whisk and mixed for only 2 minutes to get a fluffy strawberry whipped cream. You can also use a hand mixer if you want more fluffy peaks. Whipping cream technique is just folding more air into the cream. The more you whisk in the fluffier it will get. I also suggest keeping the whipping cream cold right out of the refrigerator to help it keep it’s fluffy shape longer.
Once you have your strawberry whipped cream it’s time to add milk. I used almond milk with ice, but any milk preference will do too. Whipped Strawberry Milk taste just like strawberry milk, but taste a lot more creamy. I’m all about texture and this was definitely a treat for me and the girls.
