- 4 3oz salmon fillets
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2oz sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 4 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- In a jar or bowl mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, green onions, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper.
- On a baking sheet add sliced pineapple and place salmon on top of each.
- Brush with marinade and bake in the oven at 350˚F degrees for 18 minutes.
- Serve with Hawaiian sweet rolls.
