Tequila Lime Shrimp Kabobs
Even if you are not much of a chef, this recipe is so simple it would be hard to mess up. (Quick tip, to keep your skewers from burning soak in water first.)
- 1 pound of shrimp
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 shot of tequila
- juice of ½ lime
- ½ tbsp dill
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Simply add 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined in a bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp. of avocado oil, 1 shot of tequila, juice of ½ lime, ½ tbsp. of dill, 1 tsp. of sea salt.
- Mix well and skewer shrimp.
- Grill on medium high heat 2-3 minutes on each side. (You can also bake in oven at 350˚ F for 8-10 minutes.)
