- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. of paprika
- 1 tsp. of Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Add olive oil, garlic and peppers to pan on medium high heat.
- Sauté for 3-4 minutes and then add shrimp, paprika, Mrs. Dash and lime juice.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is done.
- Serve with whole wheat tortillas and sliced avocado.
