Chili Lime Prawns with Seaweed Avocado Salad
- 1 pound of prawns, peeled
- 1-tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder or Sriracha
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce if you don’t have it
- 1 Avocado
- 6oz of Seaweed Salad
- Saute Prawns in olive oil, garlic, fish sauce and chili powder.
- When fully cooked squeeze lime on prawns.
