15 Minute Lemon Pepper Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon filets 4-6oz each
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2-teaspoon black pepper
- 1-teaspoon salt
- A dash of chili powder
Instructions
- Mix garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chili powder in bowl.
- Pour mixture over Salmon.
- Pre-heat George Forman Grill to med/high and grill for 5-8 minutes.
- I served this with sliced avocado, black beans and store bought Pico de Gallo
