My Grilled Bulgogi Chicken was something I whipped up for dinner and decided to add to the blog because it was so delicious and easy. I somewhat cheated and added store bought bulgogi marinade, but of course had to add more to it because I thought it was too simple. Most bulgogi recipes is for beef or pork and you can use that for the marinade as well. I prefer my grilled bulgogi chicken especially since I don’t eat much pork.
We served the Grilled Bulgogi Chicken with a side of rice and a side salad. I think a perfect addition would have been some Kimchi. My husband really enjoyed this recipe and had two servings.
- 3 pounds skinless chicken thighs
- ½ cup bulgogi marinade (I used CJ Bulgogi Marinade Korean BBQ Sauce)
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- Marinade 2 hours.
- Grill on medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side, with lid closed.
