Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts
When there’s leftover bacon, you have to find ways to use it all up, and these Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts might be one of my new faves. Brussel sprouts already pair well together with bacon, but having the crisp bacon wrapped around each Brussel sprout makes eating this so much more fun. Plus, you don’t have to feel guilty about snacking on these low-carb, high protein treats. If you’re on the keto diet, Whole30, or gluten-free, you might want to try something new with bacon, and I think this might be one of your new faves too!

Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts
On my latest trip to Costco, I picked up a huge pack of bacon. I have a big household and bacon fits within all of our meal plans, so it just makes sense to buy in bulk. After making countless strips in my air fryer (affiliate link),and making some Bacon Wrapped Salmon (it was a hit!), I still had some leftover bacon. I also had some leftover Brussel sprouts so it only made sense to wrap them in bacon!

Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts
It takes half a strip to wrap half a Brussel sprout, and I just brushed some balsamic vinegar on the tops of each one. Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes or so, and then you’ll be popping them in your mouth in no time! I really love the added flavor that the balsamic vinegar brings to this, and I also love how it’s all I need because the bacon and the Brussel sprouts already have amazing flavor. Give these a try and let me know what you think!
