I had the pleasure of joining Panasonic this week at CES to introduce their new Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven. It was quite a ride the last few days full of food and adventure. We started with cocktails and a cooking demo in The High Roller Ferris Wheel. During the 30 minute ride, we had an amazing view of the sunset while our Herb Chicken Thighs were cooking in the Panasonic Countertop Induction oven. After cooking for about 25 minutes, the chicken was fully cooked. The chicken was crispy and golden brown and juicy on the inside. We all had a taste and left wanting more.

The next day we made it to CES and I am so glad I brought comfortable walking shoes because I went from booth to booth checking some pretty cool and upcoming technology. I even saw a futuristic kitchen table cook food on your plate! We ended at the Panasonic Kitchen Booth and just in time for the steak cooking demo and let me tell you, all that walking made me hungry.

Would you believe that this steak was grilled in the Induction oven only 4 minutes on both sides? I heard a lot of people raving about how delicious it was and how easy it was to make. One guy I talked to said he doesn’t know how to cook, but this is something he can do for himself. I told him it had settings too and a cook book to follow. The recipes are easy and I even gave him my recipe for crispy sweet potato fries. (olive oil, sea salt and dried herbs)
