Flourless Banana Pancakes
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium banana
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp. milled Flaxseed
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Crack eggs in large bowl and add all ingredients on list.
- You can mash everything together or you can mix in blender.
- Heat non-stick pan med/low heat and pour half of mixture in.
- Cook 2 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with remaining mixture.
Optional-I topped mine with cottage cheese and raspberries and drizzled maple syrup.
