Mango Avocado Salsa

Many of you guys saw last week that I made Mahi Mahi fish tacos with Mango Avocado Salsa for dinner. I received a lot of request for this simple recipe and added it to my front page of the blog to make it easier to find. My Mango Avocado Salsa is great in tacos, salads, topping for meat or just with a chip. You don’t have to follow the recipe exactly. If you like more mango or avocado then add more or less. I also added tomatoes last week and it was a great addition. Mango Avocado Salsa

Avocado Mango Salsa

  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  1. Cube mango and avocado, mix with remaining ingredients and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
