Chili Garlic Edamame

I made Chili Garlic Edamame because I was getting bored of plain edamame. After making it this way, I don't think I will go back to eating plain. The garlic infused oil is so delicious and the aroma in the kitchen when making it is so mouthwatering. Everyone in the house came into the kitchen and asked what I was making. My Chili Garlic Edamame is a perfect appetizer when guest come over too. I think I'll make this for our next Sunday football and put it next to the chips, maybe one of the fellas will give it a try. Edamame is great for when your'e seeking a plant based protein. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods should have it in the frozen isle and Costco has it in available in the fridge with all the fruit and veggies.
