Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

1. Aids in weight loss – The acetic acid suppresses appetite, reduces hunger and increases your metabolism. It also helps with bloating.

2. Helps Regulate Blood Sugar – many studies show drinking apple cider vinegar can help with diabetes and blood sugar regulations.

3. Helps balance pH levels- will help alkaline the body which will boost immune system and slow aging.

4. Helps with bad breath – anti-bacterial properties helps kill bacteria that causes bad breath.

I’m making it a goal for 2017 to drink 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar everyday. I know that sounds intimidating, but I don’t recommend taking shots of it. Instead I suggest diluting it with 2-3 cups of water and drinking it first thing in the morning. If it’s too sour for you, add 1 tbsp. of honey. Try to drink at room temperature.
