Baked Sweet and Sour Cauliflower

If you haven’t had Baked Sweet and Sour Cauliflower before then you don’t know what you’re missing. The tang and sweetness of the sauce melts onto the toasted cauliflower to make it a mouth watering dish. Serve it with rice or eat it as a side dish or even appetizer. I first got my idea for baked sweet and sour cauliflower when dining at PF Changs. I ordered the deep fried cauliflower with a sweet sauce coating it. It was so delicious, but also greasy. I wanted to see if I can make a similar dish, cutting out a lot of the oil by baking instead of deep frying. I manage to make it slightly crispy by adding cornstarch and a combination of baking and broiling.
