Grilled Shrimp Avocado Sandwich
One of my favorite meals at the Cheesecake Factory is the Grilled Shrimp & Bacon Club Sandwich, but of course it's no surprise the sandwich alone is over 1600 calories. I decided to make a lighter version of the sandwich I love and save calories and money at the same time. It's actually not much of a recipe, but a quick meal that I wanted to share.

Recipe type: Grilled Shrimp Avocado Sandwich
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled deveined
- 1 small avocado
- 4 slices of Dave's Killer Bread
- 2 tbsp. paprika mayo (2 tbsp. avocado or olive oil mayo, ½ tbsp. paprika)
- 1½ tbsp. avocado oil
- ½ tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp.. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. or dried oregano
- ½ tsp. of sea salt
- In non-stick pan heat 1 tbsp. of avocado oil to medium heat, add shrimp, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and sea salt. Mix and cook shrimp 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Layer your sandwich with slice avocado, shrimp and smear on some paprika mayo. In non-stick pan heat up the rest of your oil on low heat and grill both sides of your sandwiches until golden brown.
