Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breast fillets ( sliced)
  • 2 sausage links
  • 1 bell pepper ( diced)
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 1½ to 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 cup diced canned tomatoes
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. Worchester sauce
  • ½ tbsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • ½ tbsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp. black pepper
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4-6 cups of chicken stock
Instructions
  1. Add all contents in large ziplock bag and mix. Freeze and when ready to eat, defrost overnight in the refrigerator and cook in slow cooker for 6 hours on low.

Whether it’s Chicken Jambalaya, Beef Stew, Curry Chicken, Sloppy Joe’s or Curry Chicken, you can meal prep all of it in advance and freeze them in large ziplock bags. It may take two hours of your weekend, but imagine all the time and money you save during the week.
