Lemongrass Pork Loin
 
Ingredients
  • 2 pieces of thin pork loin 4-6oz each
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce or low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of grated lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon of coconut sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix fish sauce, lemongrass, garlic and coconut sugar in bowl and add pork loin.
  2. Let pork marinade for at least 2 hours.
  3. Grill on George Foreman on med/high heat for 5-10 minutes.
  4. For baking pre-heat oven 400˚ and cook 15-18 minutes.
