Lemongrass Pork Loin
- 2 pieces of thin pork loin 4-6oz each
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon of coconut sugar
- Mix fish sauce, lemongrass, garlic and coconut sugar in bowl and add pork loin.
- Let pork marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Grill on George Foreman on med/high heat for 5-10 minutes.
- For baking pre-heat oven 400˚ and cook 15-18 minutes.
