Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

¼ cup diced red onion

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon salt ½ black pepper

1 medium roma tomato chopped, remove pulp and seeds

Directions:

Cut avocados in half. Remove pit. Scoop out avocado from the peel

Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado. Add the chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and mix
