• 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt ½ black pepper
  • 1 medium roma tomato chopped, remove pulp and seeds
  1. Cut avocados in half. Remove pit. Scoop out avocado from the peel
  2. Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado.
  3. Add the chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and mix
