Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 ½ cups cut asparagus
12 ounces of un-cooked
¼ cup white wine
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper for taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil to non-stick pan on medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, and crush red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Gently stir the ingredients and cook 3 minutes and add white wine. Stir wine until reduce slightly and then add lemon juice and parsley. Steam asparagus and add to pan. Serve with quinoa pasta and top with Parmesan cheese. For cooking pasta (please follow instructions on bag)

Ingredients:
3 Tilapia Fillets
1 Tbsp. milled flaxseed (I purchased mine at Costco)
½ Tbsp. garlic powder
½ Tbsp. paprika
½ Tbsp. onion powder
A dash of salt and black pepper
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp. of coconut oil
Directions:
In Large bowl mix flaxseed, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper. Coat tilapia fillets balsamic vinegar and dip in mixture. In non-stick pan heat oil to medium high heat and add fish. Reduce heat to medium and cook 2-3 minutes on both sides.
